Set Your Subscription to NOMAIL using the WWW
Go to the "Change Subscription Options" page (also known as the "Join or leave the CYSTIC-L list" page) under Information Resources and Subscription Management Services. Click on "login with your LISTSERV password". You will be guided to establish a Listserv password if you don't already have one. Once you have a password (select the option to save your password as a cookie if you are using your own computer) go back and click on "login with your LISTSERV password". You will go to a page from which you may change your subscription options. Look under the "Miscellaneous" heading and click on "Mail delivery disabled temporarily". Finally click on the "Update options" button. Wait a moment to receive an acknowledgement that your subscription options have been updated.

Paste the following command in the body (the Subject line is ignored) of a message to: LISTSERV@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM
SET CYSTIC-L NOMAIL
To turn your mail back on, paste the following command in the body (the Subject line is ignored) of a message to: LISTSERV@PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM
SET CYSTIC-L MAIL
