    1 1/2 cups milk 1 egg 1/2 TBSP Vegetable Oil 1 TBSP Brewer’s Yeast 1 banana 1 TBSP honey

    1/4 cup plain yogurt

Optional: for an extra boost in calories add 6-12 scoops of Muscle Boost ‘1100’ (chocolate flavor) which will add about 600 – 1100 more calories.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
